Loyalty and dedication to the Temple Fortune Football Club are valued very highly, to the extent that Long Service Awards are presented for achieving a minimum of 10 years of continuous service. The Club started off presenting awards for reaching 10 years initially but this was increased to 15 years as the years rolled by. Awards were also given for unbroken service as an officer on the Club's Managegent Committee, and more specifically for a continuous role in one particular office. More recently, 20 years and 25 years of unbroken membership to the Club was deservedly rewarded.
