WEBSITE INTRODUCTION
Temple Fortune Football Club provides this comprehensive website for the benefit of Club members, officials, supporters and anyone else interested in the Club – it is recognised as a permanent record of archived information and statistics.

A long running Football Club like TFFC means that masses of statistical information, records and images have built up over the years. Previously stored in files, boxes and as loose sheets of paper, the process of collating everything in a web-compatible format commenced in 2001 as part of a time-consuming project to create a website for the Club.

With the invaluable assistance of older brother and computer expert Steven Kyte, TFFC Chairman Nigel Kyte managed to get the website going in a basic form under the newly acquired domain name of tffc.co.uk. In 2003, the website was forced to change to tffc.globalinternet.co.uk for one season but happily the original domain name was re-registered.

Originated as a weekly updated site, it now exists primarily as a permanent archived record of TFFC's history, carrying plenty of statistics and information to appease anyone interested in this Club. For every image you see on this site, there are more than ten not featuring... maybe one day the whole TFFC library will appear here to add to this Club's lengthy history.

TFFC's site is updated every year at the end of each season and celebrated 25,000 hits on 18th June 2013 (shown by the website counter below). We hope you enjoy browsing through this comprehensive site... as the Club's slogan goes, there's info galore and a lot lot more!

Home sweet Home: Shown below are some of TFFC's numerous home pages over the years.

Below left: The 'Football in Flames' image was the theme used throughout the 2013/14 season which marked the Club's 45th anniversary. The home page was deepened to show a larger image at the top

Below right: The theme for 2014/15 incorporated a dynamic lights and orbs image encircling the Club crest and included the 'Fortune Favours The Brave' motto
Above left: The '40 Yellow Shirt' concept used for the 2015/16 season to commemorate the Club's 40th season in Maccabi football. Above right: Back to the vibrant red and yellow lights/orbs image for season 2016/17. Below: The home page for the 2020/21 Covid-19-plagued season, showing the new

PLAYING KIT SPONSORS
The Club had to wait until season 1987/88 before acquiring its first playing kit sponsor. The honour went to Clive Pollard, a fringe First Team player, who ran his own sports equipment company.

In return for holding some open evenings for players to purchase gear from him, he sponsored the Club's first kit. The same season saw a sponsor becoming involved with the Second Team, although Kersons the Hairdressers insisted in a gaudy maroon and sky blue kit being used, which was reluctantly accepted by the Club.

After that, the Club decided never again to be influenced on colours, although compromise has always been an option to consider. For instance, Golders Green-based estate agents Kingsleys wanted blue in their sponsored kit in 1995, so the Club agreed on navy being implemented as a compromise, navy becoming the Club's third colour used in several subsequent kits with good effect.

There are playing kit galleries for the First XI, Second XI and Old Boys XI on this site showing the various shirts used throughout the Club's history and the sponsorship attracted.

Since 1987, the Club has enjoyed quite a few sponsorship deals over the years and this page is dedicated to those who have generously made the commitment towards TFFC... to all sponsors, thank you very much for your valued support!
