Temple Fortune Football Club has generally enjoyed a creditable record of good discipline over the years. The TFFC's Management Committee will continue to place a high emphasis on sportsmanship and discipline within the Club. Players are expected to adhere to the Rules & Regulations and the following Code of Conduct, or face the appropriate sanctions, which may include fines and/or suspensions, or ultimately termination of membership.

1. CODE OF CONDUCT |
At all times and unconditionally when representing the Club as a player, you are expected to:
(a) Arrive at either the meeting place or the venue punctually, no later than the pre-arranged time, and to inform the manager or his assistant of any issues which could affect punctuality;
(b) Respond to team management e-mails, text messages or instant messenging apps (such as WhatsApp) promptly and within the specified time as directed;
(c) Pay the membership fee and weekly match subscriptions as directed;
(d) Return all items of playing equipment provided by the Club at a match, including shirts, shorts and socks, and refrain from taking home any such items;
(e) Look after Club playing equipment with care and ensure that any non-playing kit items in your possession (such as footballs or the first aid kit) from the previous game are brought to the next match, or passed to an indivual who will be attending, whether or not you are selected or available to play;
(f) Return perpetual trophies by the specified deadline;
(g) Comply with any matchday or administrative requirement and to reasonably support Club events when required;
(h) Avoid any fine to be imposed on the Club by the League, another competition or the London FA, for whatever reason;
(i) Pay any Club fine or London FA admin charge and/or fine imposed on you within the stipulated time (14 days);
(j) Avoid failing to attend a match without justifiable explanation;
(k) Avoid persistent offending or any lack of general cooperation; and
(l) Avoid having any form of disagreeable attitude or unacceptable conduct towards Club or team management, or any other official.

2. YELLOW CARD OFFENCES |
Should you be cautioned (yellow carded), the following will apply:
(a) Cautions for DISSENT including being Sin-Binned (yellow card offence): £17 FINE
(b) All other cautions (yellow card offences): £14 FINE (includes the standard LFA admin charge). Note: there are NO appeals permitted relating to cautions
(b) Five cautions during the course of the season: 2 MATCHES BAN & £35 FINE

3. RED CARD OFFENCES |
Should you be sent off (red carded) you will punished according to FA regulations, a copy of which appears on the TFFC website (www.tffc.co.uk) under Fines & Suspensions. You are liable for reimbursing the Club for all admin charges and fines incurred.
Fines, including admin charges, generally range from £25 to £55, whilst suspensions generally range from one to three matches.
More serious offences carry larger penalties accordingly.
In most cases, a suspension for a red card offence will commence SEVEN days after the offence took place.

4. IMPOSITION OF ADMIN CHARGES AND/OR FINES AND/OR SUSPENSIONS |
The Club will have the unconditional right to impose an admin charge, and/or fine, and/or a suspension accordingly on any Club Member in breach of the Rules & Regulations or this Code of Conduct.
For minor offences, the fine will be £5. Any late-payment fine will be £10. For repeated offences, or those considered to be more serious, fines will vary from £15 to £25. Bans of 1, 2 or 3 matches or indefinitely may be imposed if deemed necessary by the Club’s management.

5. PAYMENT OF ADMIN CHARGES AND/OR FINES |
All admin charges and/or fines must be paid within 14 DAYS OF NOTIFICATION otherwise the offending player will be fined an additional late-payment charge of £10 and/or will be NOT selected to play until the outstanding debt is cleared in full. For repeated offences, a further late-payment charge of £25 may be applicable.
